GAME ON was founded by Julie Olivier to help athletes navigate the women’s college lacrosse recruiting process. The GAME ON mission is to empower athletes and parent(s) throughout the recruiting journey and help them feel confident in their ultimate choice of a college and lacrosse program. No matter where you start in the recruiting process, GAME ON will craft a customized roadmap and be with you every step of the way. GAME ON with Julie Olivier is your personal advisor and advocate to help you find the right fit for a college lacrosse program.

The GAME ON program guides athletes and parent(s) through the college recruiting process with a personalized approach. Julie Olivier will work one-on-one with the athlete to:
- Understand how the college recruiting process works
- Explore potential college lacrosse programs
- Identify which college camps or tournaments to attend
- Learn how to communicate effectively and get noticed by college coaches
- Find your unique brand
- Discern which college lacrosse program is the best fit for the athlete
GAME ON has developed a formula that will match the athlete’s athletic and academic aspirations with the right college while being mindful of time and budget.

What happens if an athlete tears her ACL during the college lacrosse recruiting process?
No worries. I have journeyed with many athletes in the same situation. Tearing your ACL can be devastating, but it does not have to hold you back from her future goals. With years of experience with ACL injuries, GAME ON knows how to keep athletes on track for college recruiting.
